"This is my favorite restaurant in Iwaki! It is run by a woman and it has a daily lunch set that changes every day, as well as a collection of hot and cold drinks and a chiffon cake (rotating tea aromas). As a rule, the set includes: rice, mixed soup, pickles, two seasonal offals, a fresh salad and a type of fried vegetable protein (usually wheat glue or soy meat). It offers seconds on the rice if you are still hungry, but it is a fairly filling food. I recommend a reservation because it is often full, especially on weekends. This is also one of the lowest places I found in Japan. It even has washable (individual) towels instead of paper towels. Can not recommend very enough."
