"We had already come in November 2021 and it was great! For this time, we take the same and start again; The holstein carpaccio entrance was very good even if I found that there was a little too much foie gras that masked the taste of holstein (but I pinch. The dish, holstein, fell down! An absolute feast, a flavor, an incredible tenderness and the sauce was divine!!
