What User doesn't like about The Poet Brussels:
I saw two mice there... and in addition for such a place, the map is too simplistic, 0 advice on the quality of the wine or the descriptive of the wine... pretty prenom, pretty deco but service and dishes to review... even if the staff in the room were nice View all feedback.
The restaurant was not at all the same as portrayed on the website. It is part of a hotel where the staff was not well trained. Eating was okay, but not great.
The service is below any acceptable level. For 9 tables, there were 6 waiters, but most of time busy looking at their phones. Waiting time to order drinks was 2...
