Midpoint Alsancak - Izmir

I was stationed at Izmir Turkey for a year, and this was my favorite restaurant. I went to this place probably around two through three times a month. The service is good and the food is good as well. The location is spot on as well, and I really miss this place. I would recommend this place to anyone that's visiting Izmir Turkey.

Had a very good English breakfast. The restaurant was also very clean. The servers were also very courteous and helpful. Will return for dinner.

With its central location and rich menu this is a great a great lunch spot in the Alsancak district. Mind the menu as it may seem ever so daunting, but it seems like you cannot go wrong no matter what your choice is. Our group received all the orders at the same time in a spotless manner with the smells and flavours floating around the table. With the mild february weather we were seated outside and had a very lovely dining experience.

The atmosphere is beautiful and close to Pasaport pier. It gets crowded after 6 pm so orders arrive within 20-25 min. Cocktails are not worth it to be honest, but meals are delicious. Other than cocktails, it is a great restaurant at Alsancak.

Nice location and venue. Food/wine were good, not amazing or anything. But, definitely a good place to have on your radar.
