What The New Old Man C doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
The waitress was polite, unfortunately that is where the compliments end. Food was nasty and very greasy. Tasted like they were using old oil. It was saturated and undercooked (big bites, fried pickles and fried cheese) switch back to the cheese sticks, these squares are trash. Silverware was dirty. Service was extremely slow. Food was cold. Our waiter was very inexperienced. Never served refills, he brought the pitchers and forgot to refill the drinks. We ended up pouring our own refills at our table. Not once did he nor the Manager come by to ask how we were doing. Not one apology for the slow and inaccurate service we received. Carlton was the only person who I can say was on his game. Unfortunately, he wasn’t our waiter.
This place has changed! Great food and perfect customer service! I was shocked on how good everything was going. I highly recommend you try. They didn’t disappoint and I’m glad they have new staff.
No greeting upon entrance. My daughter and I sat ourselves. 10 minutes of sitting before the staff brought the menu. No drinks offering. Waited another 20 minutes before leaving and still did not receive service. This place was empty and fully staffed. I would recommend going elsewhere. If this place cares about reviews I hope to get a reply. What can be done to resolve this bad experience?
The Atmosphere was very nice, the food was absolutely delicious and the mac and cheese was bomb.. The service was a bit slow but progressive..
The food was okay the chicken a little dry but overall it was edible and the plate seemed a bit dirty . Or poorly plated, the waitress seemed nice but they give you the food when they are ready , they don’t bring the checks until they noticed you’ve called them more then several times . After the 20 minute wait and the faces of a few employees I finally received my receipt only to pay and they give me the wrong change. By almost 20 dollars .. yes no tip .. tips are based on service and overall experience … first and last experience at chilis .
