Arby's - Jackson

I often come here and it's always great. Only had 1 error in an order, but was corrected. I have only experienced an rude employee in the car drive thru as she told me that I need to be in coupons with payment (so it is very rude), I told her that I don't try to hide everything and that the staff should ask for coupons if they really need them as I read a number of them when ordering and it will never be mentioned again

I don't typically write about fast food, but this Arby's is by far the best I've ever visited. It might even be the best fast food restaurant I've been to overall. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and everything is consistently fresh.

The restaurant is clean and provides fast service. The food is consistently great, and they have a dollar menu. Be sure to try the salted caramel chocolate chip cookies— they're warm and delicious!

This is the best Arby's I've ever visited! The service here is incredibly fast, and the staff are so friendly. The woman at the front is exceptional when it comes to customer service—she really knows how to take care of customers! As an over-the-road trucker, I can confidently say this is the best location in the USA! Keep up the great work!
