What Kimberly Andrews doesn't like about Atelier Ortega:
Placed an order for 2 cakes in the morning, the website said they could be ready by 1pm. I pushed it back to 3:55 I had a friend try to pick them up at 4:20 and she was told there where no cakes available. I tried calling and got a lady named Gozde. Shesaid, we didn 't check orders this moringing. So she canceled my order and said I would get a refund in 2 to 3 days. She wasextremely rude and gave me a forced sorry w... read more.

"My family's experience at Coelette was excellent...both food and service. We dined at Coelette during our visit to Jackson with a reservation on Sunday July 23 and everything was great.Appetizers included Bread Butter, Butterhead Salad, and Carrots. The Carrots were a positive surprise. All appetizers were excellent.Entrees included Sturgeon and Steak. All in agreement entrees were delicious. Hats off to the chef!Dessert tried the Pistachio Cake. Again excellent dessert.Drinks included sparkling wine and a specialty cocktail...all were good.Service...impeccable. Servers were attentive but not intrusive. Management checked with us a couple of times during our dinner."

"The restaurant is extremely loud, so not great for a date night. You would expect more of the food to be freshly made not premarientated but that was not the case- I have a food allergy and was extremely limited on what I could order, more of what you would expect from a chain restaurant. We were only a party of two so the waitress did not seem to interested in waiting on us. She had two parties of 6 where she was more interested, I am sure she was working for a tip, but we weren't even told the specials of the day and never had our water refilled."
