What a great evening. Had dinner in the saloon bar being serenaded by singing waiters and saloon girls. The dinner was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming as well as entertaining. Our waiter Patrick was also the only bar tender as well as performing in the show after dinner. "My family's experience at Coelette was excellent...both food and service. We dined at Coelette during our visit to Jackson with a reservation on Sunday July 23 and everything was great.Appetizers included Bread Butter, Butterhead Salad, and Carrots. The Carrots were a positive surprise. All appetizers were excellent.Entrees included Sturgeon and Steak. All in agreement entrees were delicious. Hats off to the chef!Dessert tried the Pistachio Cake. Again excellent dessert.Drinks included sparkling wine and a specialty cocktail...all were good.Service...impeccable. Servers were attentive but not intrusive. Management checked with us a couple of times during our dinner."

"I'd say this is a nice little place that has a great menu. I also like they had a child menu. my man enjoyed his hate and my son also liked his egg cube. my children liked the orange juice in which he had pulp, but no biggie. So I had the eier benedikt I was disappointed and therefore I gave it a 4 5 stars, because I thought this was the star of all our meals, but it feels short. it was only room temperature as if it had sat one bed and the seasoned also fell short, as it should be cajun and I did not taste one of those aromes that they would expect when ordering this teller. I would recommend and return to try something else."
