This was our first and last order from this restaurant. I wish I had paid attention to the reviews warning that the pizza always arrives cold. Despite living only 2 minutes away, our pizza was still ice cold when it arrived. On the other hand, our chicken pliers were hot and delicious. I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite reading many reviews, I had a feeling I shouldn't order from here. The pizza arrived ice cold, even though we live only 2 minutes away. The chicken platter was good and hot, so I can't complain about that. It was nice that they gave a complimentary dessert. The one of two of the best pizza places Ive been to. Highly recommend the penne vodka pizza, it looks a bit much but is incredible.
If you like thin crust pizza this is your place. I ordered the vodka slice , delicious. And the pepperoni is good too the crust could use a little more flavor but overall good specialty slices, a little pricey but you can tell everything is fresh. So I don't mind. I've been reading the reviews an overall ppl are satisfied, I appreciate how they take the time to also read the reviews and try to improve. Some places don't do that. Keep up the good work mangia ??
We recently moved to Jackson and got to find a good place for our pizza Friday. We are so happy to have tried Mangia. Eating is always at the point. You could say they use the best ingredients.
Not so good in the last few times I had it, Grandma Margherita cake came cold, although the food came quite fast, even garlic knots are tasteless only soaked in oil. Nonetheless, this place usually makes great food, but they fall the ball lately.
The hype is justified... Mangia is the best pizza in Ocean County. After hearing from multiple people about Mangia's reputation for the best pizza, I, being from the pizza capital of the world, Brooklyn, NY, had to try it for myself. The pizza lived up to all the praise and more. Just go and try it, that's all that needs to be said.
