Easily ordered food and delivered it! It was all right. I thought they forgot my drink, but as it turned out, it was a problem at my end, and the driver kindly explained that to me. He was patient with me and let me know I could get a drink. All in all, customer service is good and so is the food. View all feedback.
What Madyson W doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
The Meatball Pepperoni Pizza was cold when we got it!! Then they took an HOUR to even let my dasher grab it, because their understaffed . The meatballs didn 't taste right either. The ONLY good thing about my food was the OREO Cookie Papa Bites. I understand being understaffed and stressed, but an HOUR to get food ready and let my dasher get it from you, that is ridiculous.
