What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The service is very incompatible, most employees are only young children who play too much, not seriously about their job and do not know how to follow instructions properly. Prices are too high for the low quality of the food offered. If I pay for an overpriced ray with extra sweets, but just get a cup of ice cream with a tiny dust candy, then it really shows how much the staff takes care of customer satisfaction. I went there on Friday ordered a chicken basket a corn dog. The clerk gave me a box w/chicken, I asked if my corndog was in the box too. She said Yes. It was not in the box just 4 pks. of mustard. ??
Worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. Waited in a long line for over 30 min and come to find out that no one was working or taking orders. A customer complained and finally 2 workers came out. One was cussing and saying they don?t care at all. Everyone in line left.
We ordered 2 hot dogs, waited approx. 30m without any heads up. As a rule, whatever people get to do, but people go up got food within 5 minutes, cars on both sides of us would raise and get food and drive.
