I have been here quite a few times and I've never had a bad experience. It's always been a good atmosphere with good employees who care about your opinion and want to serve you correctly. They make the average cup of coffee. The food is good. I like to get a grilled cheese and add a piece of turkey to it. The cupcakes and cake balls are really good too.
