Catfish is one of my favorites in central Arkansas. We go out of our way to eat here. Breading is light but crispy. Hush puppies are the same way, and one of the best tasting coleslaws I think. Food selection was excellent also from chicken, shrimp, sandwiches, and other staples associated with catfish restaurants.
