I've always loved Arby's . But in the last couple of years I have figured out I have Celiac . So there is a lot more I have to think about when trying to eat out . I went to Arby's because I wanted a beef& cheddar without the bun and the guy said yeah we can put it in a bowl for you . I was so grateful . An it was so good . Thank you View all feedback.
What Elbert Gerhold doesn't like about Arby's:
rude, went to the lobby and they just walked around me as if I wasn't there. I counted 8 employees. the manager looks at the lobby to see if it was clean so a young lady could go. when I first went to the guy who was driving, the only one who said hello. No one told me we were right with you or something. Nobody even made eye contact. I was 5 minutes in the lobby. View all feedback.
I haven't been to Arby's in forever. They have a Reuben sandwich that is so good. The flavor was excellent just wish there would have been more meat.
Third time we have tried different Arby's and each time is better than the last. This location had dining room open from 11am till 2pm so we had 3 coupons and gave it a try. Clean, fast and super service makes this place a good stop in. Plenty of parking and easy to see from the road. Ordered lunch for 2 for $8.99 2 Roast Beef sandwiches, 2 fries, 1 cheese sticks and 2 drinks great deal. Also ordered the Ruben $3 and a $1.00 Chocolate milk shake all came out hot (except the shake which was a great deal for a $1.00) and quickly. Suggest you stop in as everything is clean and C-19 cleaned with all employees wearing and changing gloves often.
Very good staff. Had the wagyu burger. Thick, tasty patty with crusty edge. Definitely recommend.
Unfortunately I can not give five stars because the restroom was out of paper towels so my hands were wet for awhile. Other than that, it was a good experience. The young man who took my order was very polite and friendly and they got my whole order correct. The service was also moving very fast inside so I did not have to wait long for my order to be ready. Hopefully I can give five stars next time.
Food was good but took 15 minutes to get it after I ordered. Was only customer inside. Trash flowing out of containers. Bathroon in serious need of cleaning. Manager social talking to friend in dining area for 35 minutes and she talked so loud. Seems she should use her time to help her staff clean. Cashier was great.
