China Super Buffet - Jacksonville

Almost walked out when I saw it was $17.99 for the buffet, and I really wish we would have. The food was not good and the building was in very poor shape. I was really banking on the truckers review that was raving about the food, but I feel deceived. Even the ice cream was bad. Just hope I don't get sick from eating here.

Save your money! For $18 for dinner plus $3 for a drink you can get a far better meal elsewhere. There is very little variety of food. The sushi is just by appearances unsafe for human consumption. Most of the entrees were either over or under cooked and swimming in grease or so sweet and sugary it was sweeter than dessert. Speaking of dessert there aren 't many options. Some fruit, a couple flavors of ice cream, a weird, very runny, mousse in a sealed carton, and jello.On a personal experience, I usually love eating clams and I can judge a buffet on if I can eat clams. Besides being mushy and tasteless I ended up getting several I had to spit out because they were dirty with sand and the end for me was getting a bite of something hard inside the meat, that nearly busted a tooth. Couldn 't eat anything else past that besides some ice cream which was mostly covered in frostbite. Yuck!To add insult to injury we all got diarrhea by the following morning. Stay away!

I have always liked this place. It's very low-key, clean and the food is good. They keep the buffet clean and full. The only issue I have and it's no fault of the restaurant , there were children who were under the safety shield preparing their own plates. But for the most part, it was good.

I'm a truck driver, I live in my truck and I eat at restaurants from coast to coast. This is the second time I've been here and the food just doesn't get any better than this!! I'll stop here every time I'm in Jacksonville for sure!! The Spinach Casserole is mouth watering good!! I had to get seconds of that

Fuji Buffet has a really nice buffet. $13-lunch, $17-dinner. They also offer sushi freshly made in the restaurant. Could use some more options on the buffet line, but every thing they do serve is delicious.
