I was getting hungry on a late night and was craving some pizza. I looked up pizza shops nearby and had chose domino's as a result of the deals that they were offering. I was impressed with the toppings and the amount of premium pizzas that were offered. It was also nice to find that the notification system can be paired with Amazon Alexa. The pizza turned out to be wonderful and cooked properly and had arrived exact... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Our chicken buffalo pizza had 8 pieces and 6 pieces, which was confusing. It wasn't fresh and tasted rough. I'm not sure who thought this was a good chicken buffalo pizza. The chicken wings were okay, but they could have been a bit crispier instead of soft. View all feedback.
They usually make the food as well as any Domino's, and you generally get what you expect. Generally quick and friendly, but occasionally they get backed up (which isn't that out of line for a pizza joint, really). My only word of caution, check foryour dips/sauces, especially if you paid for extra; tonight we opened our box of cinnamon twists and discovered no icing, andwe'd paid for an extra so should have had two! However, not worth the gas money to go back and ask for a .75 item so we'll dowithout tonight.
3.5 hours from online order, untill ready. They were extremely busy, but there was ZERO organization, communication, or quality. After waiting 3.5 hours, our order was still wrong. Everybody had wrong orders. Terrible. I will NEVER order Dominos again, thislocation or any other. Just bad.
I couldn't reach the restaurant directly, and the automated system stated that they don't deliver to my location, which is only 2.7 miles away. It seems their delivery range has been reduced to 2.5 miles. Interestingly, I just saw Domino's food being delivered to this hotel yesterday.
2 stars. Here’s the deal... the pizza looked AMAZING! So I’d give it 4 stars for that. But come on, guys... it was my first time ordering from you, and now I’m hesitant to order from your restaurant again. The cheesy bread... should NOT be covered with parchment paper while it’s in the oven. It doesn’t get enough heat to cook thoroughly, and you can see the result in the photo I’ve posted. Your manager or assistant manager should have known better than to serve that. Just slide it halfway back into the oven! Losing a customer over something like this is not worth it. In short, sending out undercooked food is unacceptable, and you should have recognized that.
We order from them frequently, and it’s always fantastic—hot and fresh every time. Whenever we’ve encountered an issue, which is quite rare, they handle it immediately. We truly appreciate the hardworking team that has consistently taken great care of us over the years.
