It doesn't make sense to make somebody wait 30 minutes for a to go order when there's no one else in the restaurant. It doesn't make sense to quote ten minutes either. It doesn't make sense to package 7 other togo orders for customers who aren't even there yet before serving the customer that's been waiting 30 minutes.
