Havana Jax is a wonderful establishment in the Jacksonville area! I was initially greeted with a warm and inviting interior decor. I started my meal with a warm papa rellena (a breaded potato stuffed with beef). This was followed by a savory Havana Hero sandwich (with seasoned minced beef), and finished with a sweet pio quinto (a brandy soaked cake covered in custard).
