"We really enjoyed Mugsy's. Located in a beautifully restored older building right at the place in Jacksonville, it was just a nice place to sit and chat with old college friends over a few beers. Dinner was her salmon special and was delicious; far above the quality level that is normally expected from local restaurants in Jacksonville. (In Fairness, there are some other spots in downtown that look to check. Good food, good service and good atmosphere means we will come back to the city next time."
