"How to make reservations. Welcomed by friendly staff as soon as I came in. Sitting in time. Waitress was fantastic, very friendly and friendly. Bread was great. The artichokes were small for what we expected. The calf dish was more mushrooms and sauce then what I expected, but overall taste ok. The lamp shaft was okay. Overall, the service was great, but the taste of the food is not what we expected. Maybe it was too authentic for our taste buds????, who knows. They're trying to find out."

"It was my wife's birthday and she selected Enza's. Her father was played piano at a restaurant in Virginia. The service was outstanding as all the staff worked together. We requested a song from the piano player that he needed to reference. He then player the song for us. We really appreciated his extra effort and his talent. The food was very good. Also enjoyed a brief chat with Enza as she stopped by our table. It was a very enjoyable evening."

"I love it when they recommend an item and it's a HIT!???????????? I tried the Sausage Biscuit last week and felt like it was missing something. I asked if they could add the Tomato Aioli Sauce that they put on the Chick'n Sandwich and they did and itwas AMAZING!!!"

"My husband and I was traveling through Jacksonville from Orlando, Florida. We were on our way back to Savannah, GA and we wanted something other than a burger, pizza, or chickwn. My husband remembered that his coworker had told him last year that if we were ever in Jacksonville, to go to Bristro's to eat. MM good is what comes to mind. The food was awesome. I did not have to even add salt or pepper. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband and I was still talking about how good the food was miles down the road. I can't wait until our next road trip to Jacksonville, I will try the meatloaf next. Be Blessed"

"I rarely ever give bad reviews nor do I complain but something needed to be said about the food I received tonight. I ordered delivery, a Seafood Boil and Oysters. The Oysters came out okay, they did taste a little off but nothing too horrible; however my boil—the most expensive item I purchased—did not turn out very good. The sauce is very runny and also has little to no flavor. I ordered garlic lemon pepper and couldn’t taste either flavor really. I could taste some of the spices added to spice it up but it also didn’t make the heat I asked for. My potatoes weren’t cooked fully either, three of them I wasn’t able to really bite into. Very disappointed. The shrimp and eggs were very good, the only thing that sort of saved the dish but for the price I paid it definitely wasn’t worth it. $64 dollars plus tip for potatoes that weren’t cooked, sauce that wasn’t flavorful nor thick, and oysters that had an off taste."

"I visited Austin 2x’s back to back in the week! On Saturday I got the fried shrimp dinner with Mac and cheese and field peas and snaps. Sunday I got the same thing along with an oxtail dinner. I did try the dressing and greens as well. The customer service on both days were excellent and even the owner was very friendly which was a plus! The shrimp on both days were awesome fried to perfection! The Mac and cheese on Saturday was better than Sunday to me, it was way more creamy and not to much of the sharp taste. You can see the difference in the picture of both macs. The dressing was very moist and seasoned to perfection with the gravy on top. Greens were good as well. My mom said the oxtails were tender but would like more spice to it. Overall I would recommend for your next soul food fix, and I will be going back too!"
