What User likes about Pollo Tropical:
Always delicious. If you do not know what to order quarter chicken dark or white with black beans and rice, a small order of fried plantain and a drink. You used to have a section where you could get your own salsa and spices that they were going with him. All you need to do now is ask and they give you some in a container. The food tasted good, and the staff was friendly. But when we finished our meal, a little cock came over the table. I can't. At 3:00 we all got sick. It took about 12-14 hours. I can't prove it was from our dinner, but it's the only meal we all ate. I think I'm done with this place. View all feedback.
Staff was great and friendly. It is fast food but nice and different. They offered me a kids meal because I wasn't very hungry.
