Service was slow, but the restaurant was very busy. The sever was friendly and tried hard to make it a pleasant dining experience.

"I was quite underwhelmed by this place. Service was excellent, food was quite Americanized and very predictable- not offering a more authentic Thai cuisine experience. I'm Southeast Asian, so I do have high standards. I expected a more robust menu from a place that looks like this and is on every list for places to eat in Jacksonville. The best thing we tried was the blue dumplings- very reminiscent of a traditional food found all over Southeast Asia. They sat us in the middle row of tables and chairs and there was no lighting for our meal- sorry for the dark pictures. The drunken noodles I didn't even picture because the presentation was awful and strangely hardly any noodles in the dish. I've had better. Not sure we need to return. The smaller mom and pop thai restaurants have better tasting food."

"4 plates divided. Scallops cooked perfectly, sauce not very aromatic, chased the small amount of peas around the plate. Beet platter was good. Tuna poke had strings of supposedly kelp salad, fries were sparse and not wasabi powder. If more chips were requested, the answer was "not sure but will be checked". Return with 4 chips. It seemed pretty strange that the smoked bluefish and avocado toast was served with bluefish on one toast and avocado on the other."

"Great experience! We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. Hostess, Emily, explained the ordering process and offered to bring our meals to the table when ready. Emily was very attentive. She was also busy restocking and cleaning the dining area. The food was hot and fresh. It came out shortly after we were seated. All in all great food and superior service."

"Had lunch there yesterday. Used to go there frequently when it was under Fred Cotton's ownership. Now that I know it's open again, under the new ownership, I will be going back for more! Same original recipes, even have the option of the original salad and dressing. It is absolutely delicious! Everything was so good. The staff is super friendly, feel like you're eating with friends and family. The only difference is it's much brighter and cleaner"
