This location excels when it comes to customer service which can’t be said for many of the locations. Saint Augustine Beach location is run deplorably. They definitely value profit over customer service. Shout out to Carmen Mendez and her staff at the Bartram Park location for going above and beyond. Other locations need to take a lesson from Ms. Mendez in teaching their employees how to treat customers valuably. View all feedback.
