"One of the best bbq I ever had, definitiw the best I had in Scandinavia. we have the family shield that was generous and had a good sample of her food. we also ordered the fried pickles. everything was great. the brisket was tender, the short ribs had a really nice glaze, and their sausage was full of taste. the only small complaint is that it has a Mayo-based sauce over the teller drizzles. I would rather serve such sauces on the side and that the diner decides whether and how much sauce to have. the sauce was good, but it didn't add much."
