I have visited many restaurants and cafes in Bosnia and Europe, but I have never seen worse service and lack of interest from the staff in accommodating a group of people. Waiting for food is ridiculous, especially in a location like Pliva Lake. They need to hire more staff and improve the quality of service and hospitality urgently! I will definitely avoid this hotel with future groups, recommendation to everyone. View all feedback.
This hotel is extremely disappointing. The water comes from the air conditioning unit, and there is no one available to address the issue.
