Vegexpress - Jakarta

My non-vegetarian Indonesian family and I absolutely loved this restaurant. The staff were extremely kind and the nasi goreng rendang (mixed rice with classic Indonesian-style "beef"), nasi merah (fried red rice with char siu), and mie ayam (chicken noodles) were all delicious. The only thing to note is that the rendang was served dry, without much sauce. I regret not taking pictures, but maybe I'll do so when I return!

I really enjoy this restaurant. The owner is very kind, and the food is excellent. The location is convenient as well. Overall, a great experience.

This is a great little restaurant that's full of vegetables.
