IMO it is not a complete Pub but rather something between a bar and a pub. It has got 2 floors - ground and first. Ground floor is reserved for couples mostly though I have neither seen lately not I went myself. It is also used for private parties, kitties etc. All the people climb stairs straight up to first floor. It has got a big screen which plays cricket during season or otherwise Punjabi Pop.
