duck roti! I ordered something I've never seen before, you red. I came for something completely different, but when I saw this on the menu, I thought I had to try it. the thin, unacidified brot was perfect. it was very tasty and had these small brown markings when it is exactly right. the duck was succultivated and so delicious. when I eat chicken, I prefer the dark meat and eating is great because it is so very dark...
