old dry crusty looking old left over food thats what's it looks like and overcooked jerk chicken no flavor at all. its like store brought rotisserie chicken with jerk sauce on top smh and the beef patties were so dry and old they gave my 2 free i should have known smh no good this place is seriously overrated ? my dog wouldn't even eat it read more.

The food is good, but this time around, we got the straps of the ox tails, and it was in the afternoon. I'm a little disappointed.

"Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly."
