I ordered a Matcha Latte With Less Ice, just to come in for a SECOND time to catch another employee filling my Large cup with ice cubes ALL the way to the TOP… I’ve already spent $6 dollars and it’s not just for a cup of Ice … and YESMIN’s only response was that she already put powder on the ice… like HUH?!?!
