Been going here for years. In fact, since they first open l started going to this restaurant. They never fail to disappoint. But as of late, they've increased their prices and they've also cut back on portion size which l am somewhat disappointed with. So now l will have to ease my ordering from both online and visiting the store. View all feedback.
Roti paradise has made some of our events and it was amazing every time! eating was always fresh and tasty. the owner gave great recommendations, what exactly to order and helped advise how much to order. she will definitely use for our future events again!
The food can not get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. great customer service, the cashiers are so friendly and welcoming. will definitely be my place for Western Indian cuisine.
Roti paradise has the most authentic chicken and goat roti. Since leaving the city, I have craved good roti, and now I have found my place! Amazing customer service, too.
The food was delicious. I ordered a curry chicken roti with ginger beer and water. The food had so much flavor and the pepper was good.
I order Uber eats from Roti Paradise waited 45 minutes for the Uber to arrive. When the Uber came they deliver the wrong food so I called Roti Paradise To let them know what happened they said it wasn’t their fault which I understand so moments later I call To reorder the food the girl Who answered the phone said she would put the order back through for me NO CHARGE so I went to pick up the food when I got there that same girl that answered the phone said I have to pay for the food so in other words I am paying for the food twice and only getting it once . She called her manager to ask what to do and the manager is screaming on the phone that it is not their fault That customer has the repay. However, I am happy it happen this way because they have a B rating posted on the restaurant. If you mind about how clean the kitchen is where your food is prepare please don’t go there. Also, the manager attitude stinks too.
