Not so bad. Since it's new, they don't have everything in the kitchen they put on the menu, but what we ordered was not bad. Our order: mango leti (needs work), chicken roast with pulao (my fave), dal puri, garlic naan, chicken lollipop (which I think should be under the app menu, instead of the children's menu need a better sauce on the side for this typical bread crumb type of rags), Bhel Chat (my fave), Shag Ghont... It took a while to come for food, although there was only another family in the restaurant. The pace for the server and the cook needs work. No matter, no bad experience. I really loved her chicken roasts, which is why this place will be such a higher rating!
I was here twice and the food was fresh and delicious both times! The cook is so attentive and proud of his work. I definitely recommend!
This restaurant is a jewel! The food is amazing and the cook seems really to love what he does. Will be unlikely to be back.
Here for lunch good food chicken makdhani was great. Koch comes out to talk to you. The waiter gave very good service, the lunch is 8.99 before 3. However, you get a good amount of food, served separately in very cute small bowls.
Just off the Van Wyck Expressway at Hillside ave, welcomed like a friend and service was excellent, real Bengali style cuisine.
