Great ackee and saltfish! I enjoyed that there was a good proportion of ackee. The dumplings though were the real KING of the meal!! So good and perfectly round, soft on inside and crispy on outside yummmm. Only recommendation I have is to use actual sweet plantain cause these ones were kind of in the middle, not sweet or savory.
