Blooms!! A multi cusine bar and restaurant located in Aditya Tower of bistupur is said to be the oldest bar of Jamshedpur. The restaurant/bar has a cool and retro interior. The best and intresting part which makes it different from other bar is that you'll get beer and liquor here at the MRP. Wowwww!!
