"Fantastic. does not look like much from outside, but cozy and a little elegant inside. delicious drinks and the garnel appetizer is the heaven. (and dessert update: morning brunch service is not impressive. a plate was not good at all, and we were not even checked until we were finished and even then had to wait for our leak, and then they asked without even asking for the untouched teller! they were not busy. the rib tips are also not impressive."

"This is our personal favorite breakfast place. we travel almost an hour to get to this lively little cafe in the heart of janesville. the best buttermilk pancakes I had in my life. the menu includes everything you can wish for breakfast. great place to bring the whole family. exceptional service."

"Went with my friend for a girls night. Our steak was amazing! Which is saying something considering neither of us have ever grilled before. Staff was amazing. They recommended a mouthwatering raspberry cheesecake with donut crumbl on top. It was so good, it subsequently made us forget our delicious leftovers. Would definitely come back for another girls night."

"The drinks and their huge selections are good. they have outside seats for these pleasant days outside. However, some of the food is a real miss and lacks either basic technology or taste. the crispy brussel sprouts we ordered were so burned they lost their taste and had the texture of nori. I have never eaten such commercially burned foods, and we should have sent it back. to round it off, the avocado toast had an overwhelming amount of unworn egg. where is the acid? Why not add olive oil or pepper? some of the menu items need some serious work. Overall, I would go for drinks and the atmosphere, but not expect me to be worn by the food."

"This place has been on my list for a while, being the oldest Chinese restaurant in Wisconsin and 2nd oldest in the country built it's appeal. Had a very nice meal and great conversations with friends in this small restaurant over Janesville. Well worth the drive down from Madison. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"
