"By far best Chinese food in the Janesville area. I no longer live in Janesville, but grew up there. Every time I come back I make it a point to order from Cozy Inn. The owners and staff have been so incredibly kind to me and my family since I was a young child, and they still remember me (and my parents) all these years later. Their egg rolls, egg drop soup, and fried rice are all excellent. I always get pepper steak which is perfection. My dad loves the sweet and sour chicken, and my mom loves the beef sub gum Cantonese Chow Mein. This place truly is a gem and I strongly encourage others to check it out."

"A business and how it is run and its offerings makes the difference. This location has held several restaurants over the past few decades. This one seems to have solved the issue of staying in business. They are always busy. It is a neat place. Perfect for after business hours gatherings.
