Panera Bread - Janesville

It was Easter Sunday and we found it was open and my Fiancé and I ate brunch here. It was an excellent breakfast sandwich. Place was nice and clean and a very friendly staff. The soup with Quiona was also excellent when I had had it a different time.,

I came in today and I wish I got the name of the woman making my sandwich (blonde hair, dark rimmed glasses), because she went far beyond what I expected and deserves the recognition. I placed my order for the pick two thinking it was a full sandwich and two sides. When my order came up I noticed the half sandwich on the plate and asked her if I was mistaken in thinking I paid for a full. I was and was fine to move along with just a half, but she kindly added another half at no charge. All my experiences at this location have been great ones like this. Please make sure your staff, especially this lady in the kitchen, knows they are doing a good job.

I love the ease of online ordering and picking it up! The food is delicious! The staff are always so friendly!

5 stars for Janesville Panera. Great customer service and food came so quickly. Nothing like Fish Hatchery Panera.
