Contribute FeedbackDespite some mixed reviews, the restaurant offers a great dining experience with delicious food and friendly service. Some customers were disappointed with the meal quality and lackluster views, while others raved about the exceptional service, spacious seating, and fantastic dishes. The wilderness platter is highly recommended after a hike, and the views from the patio are breathtaking. Overall, it seems like the restaurant has some room for improvement in terms of consistency, but those who enjoy great service and tasty food will likely have a positive experience.
The food was mediocre, but the view was spectacular. We have had much better dining experiences at other restaurants in Jasper, so we were disappointed by this one.
We reserved a table for 16.15 which upon arrival we need not have done because we were the only people in that part of the dining room. The food was very nice, not overly smoky however the meats were not very warm which was a shame. The waitress was friendly.
Service was super. All the waitstaff was very attentive. Food was mediocre at best. Views are great.
We absolutely loved the food, atmosphere, and location! It was such a wonderful treat to have this restaurant at the end of the trail after a challenging hike. The hostess seated us quickly (there was a comfortable chair for my husband to sit in while waiting). We ordered the platter, which was more than we could finish. It was a generous portion (even for us, two very hungry hikers who completed the loop past the 5th bridge of the Maligne Canyon). Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place. It's definitely a 5-star restaurant!
The food was exceptional, the view even more so, but a little more expensive than I expected.
