"OMG loved the entire breakfast experience at the Little RED Kitchen. We had shrimp and grits, and also a biscuit with gravy. Delicious! We 've eaten a lot of shrimp and grits in our day, and these might be the best we 've had in our lives. The grits tasted clean and all of the ingredients, from the crunchy shrimp, celery, green onions and bacon really popped. The owner says she makes everything with her grandma 's recipes as her guide. We 'd come back through the area just to eat at the Little RED Kitchen!"

"Azona the manager was being extremely unprofessional and rude to her employees never in my 5 years coming here have I seen someone act that way. She was SCREAMING at her employee in window and the girl standing beside her even though she RIPPED my order out of this lady’s hands and didn’t listen too her while she told her it was mine. "My 8-year-old son and I travel 2-3 times a year through East Texas on the way to the beach, and I have always tried to find various small BBQ joints on the way. Well, we stopped Billy's last trip, and my son immediately declared it a must. The cut beef sandwich was smokey, delicate, juicy and loaded with meat. We have the sauce on the side I recommend and he drank the sauce together with his sandwich. We liked the food and the people so much that we stopped on our way home. Surely not fancy, but why would you be? Great food and friendly people. Hard to beat!"
