Pepito's - Jasper

What Derek H likes about Pepito's:
Pepitos is a Jasper staple. One of the absolute best Mexican restaurants around. They are always speddy and the food is always spot on. Out of all of the years I've gone there the only complaint I have ever heard anyone in my family make was that the food is spicy. My family, and extended family have came here 30+ years. Disgusted, this time to say the least. Why? OK, burn holes in bed spread, toilet bowl leaked onto the floor. TV had a very bad dark spot in screen, shower ceiling had bad water damage. Our second room AC did not cool, wall paper peeling. Promised repairman for AC...never came.
