Always a bad experience! I can’t say that they have been successful at getting my order correct a single time. One time they told me that “they don’t have kids meals”. Today, I made an online order-tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Didn’t get tomatoes. The only thing I am impressed with is how good they are at always messing up the order. It is disappointing that this store does not have the gluten-free bread like the Farmington store does. I think all the stores should offer the same items, need to be up with the current trends.
I went in today and the service was amazing. The one man working was very polite and was doing such a good just even though there was a rush. He was amazing and made my sandwich great. Matt and Sam have to be my favorite workers.
Ordered a steak and chicken sandwich. Got all steak, no cheese, and way too many black olives. Always have problems with the Jay subway... HIRE A NEW TEAM..
The young man working in the Jay, Me location last evening was totally awesome! Very pleased with the friendly service.
