Despite the full room of guests, we got the dishes in less than 10 minutes, so quickly that de volaille was undercooked :D but we quickly got a new one. The breaded breast was juicy with a crispy coating just right. In the summer season, flies flying around the room were a nuisance, but it's hard to do anything about it.
