I had a side order of rice and beans (for mixing with salsa and diving with chips-my favorite, until... and a mushroom quesadilla from the appetizer menu. Mushroom quesadilla could be the best I ever had in a restaurant!!! So simple but high quality fresh mushrooms meerte for perfection and not too much cheese. It was indescribably good!!! Ok a Mexican pizza is truly a made-up Taco Bell thing. I go to this place, and see a shrimp Mexican pizza on the menu. I'm thinking this is going to be some up-scaled Taco-Bell style stuff. Well I'm wrong, it's basically two tortillas with a lot of stuff layered on it. It's like if you could fold the tortillas over, it would be a soft shrimp taco.
