I was a little disappointed that they don't have a sampler of the main Cajun meals, but the waitress fixed me. I have a small bowl of Jambalaya and Canceree. My main part was the cancer poboy. The Jambalaya was spicy, but so good. The Etouffee was different than I used it, but it was delicious. The Poboy was excellent.
