This is obviously a former Braum's location turned into a Coney I-lander. Do I love Coney I-Landers? I certainly do and even the non-smiling Manager of this location couldn't have made me less happy with 3 dogs, chili, cheese, and mustard. The 11th St location is still better, but this one works. What Autumn Grimes doesn't like about Coney I-Lander:
I've been trying a koney I-lander for a long time. not being a fried tulsan was not sure what the difference is between all. the people I spoke to everyone say that it is that you can eat. I've been wanting to try a coney I-Lander for a long time. Not being a native Tulsan wasn't sure what the difference is between all of them. People i have talked to each say this one or that one is the one to eat at. Anyways i tried to one in jenks that use to be a Braum's best I can tell. The place is a little funky inside (fish tank I guess represents the ocean?) The sign mentions Greek also but this particular place doesn't serve that. Only coneys and tamales. I order three coneys and my wife got two ...best I can say is the Chili is bland and hot dogs plain. Yes they are cheap but you get what you pay for. Next time I'll try the one in the Brady district to see if they are better. If not I guess I don't get the coneys
