"The place where the restaurant is located is small and very pretty, the restaurant inside is as far as I saw native. We were greeted right away and since the weather was nice, they had covered the garden for us. First there was a home made vermouth and a strawberry rose Bellini as an aperitif. The cover was a butter with chive oil, radishes, game spread and cress. As a greeting from the kitchen there was a foamy celery soup there must have been mushrooms, almonds and a dried tomato I will dream of this soup for a long time it was so excellent. Then came a zucchini roll with trout and finally, as a main course, a summer buck with truffled potato gratin. The desserts were a gin tonic and a blue sheep And when we said goodbye, there were chocolates with lychee cream and a strudel dough with a pumpkin seed cream the strudel with this pumpkin seed cream... wonderful just fantastically good. The staff was a bit friendly the siblings Rauch's top performance! I take my hat off and would love to come back."
