We were first to be seated on opening. Unfortunately our 2 ramen bowls was served at least 30 mins late after my party was already done eating. At that point I have lost my appetite and didn't even finish the bowl. Pork chashu was somewhat soft but still chewy unlike other ramen houses, broth was barely hot and warm at most, only half an egg and 1 piece of nori compared to cheaper and common ramen places.
