So glad we finally made it out here. The service was lovely and the food was delicious. We underestimated how filling the baos are. Between the 3 of us we each got 3 baos and shared the yakisoba noodles. The baos also come with a big helping of coleslaw. We were absolutely stuffed. The bun texture was good, but the fillers were okay. The Szechuan chicken tasted like they used black pepper instead of Szechuan pepper. It lacked a lot of the umami, fragrance and complexity I'm used to in Szechuan food. The tofu had a nice fry but the seasoning was lacking. The shrimp was cooked perfectly!
