The bun texture was good, but the fillers were okay. The Szechuan chicken tasted like they used black pepper instead of Szechuan pepper. It lacked a lot of the umami, fragrance and complexity I'm used to in Szechuan food. The tofu had a nice fry but the seasoning was lacking. The shrimp was cooked perfectly! That was my favorite bun.
