If you spend any amount of time in Vietnam you pretty quickly learn that no matter how sketchy a place looks from the outside, if it's one thing to never doubt them for before trying is when it's food, and this definitely holds true here! What kinc doesn't like about Bún Bò Huế:
From the appearance, it looks attractive but when you try the texture of the noodles is very mushy. The meat is not soft. The pork chop is ok but the rice is hard. Milk coffee is delicious without sugar. View all feedback.
Legit bowl of bun bo hue. One of the best. Wanted to come back again before we left town but didn't get a chance. We'll be back.
I love Bun bo Hue here and che ba mau.
