Just visited the Cuban place, they were helpful about food allergies and the vaca frita plate was so good. Complimentary flavors in the different parts, best Cuban beans I've had in a While. View all feedback.

Eastport Food Carts is in a grungy area of Portland, and has no dedicated parking. I had to park on Francis Street. It is noisy from the traffic on 82nd Street. It has a good mix of food carts, but it has space for more food carts. It has several tables available so that you can eat on site. The facilities seem primitive. View all feedback.
