Just visited the Cuban place, they were helpful about food allergies and the vaca frita plate was so good. Complimentary flavors in the different parts, best Cuban beans I've had in a While. View all feedback.
What Gary A doesn't like about Eastport Food Carts:
Eastport Food Carts is in a grungy area of Portland, and has no dedicated parking. I had to park on Francis Street. It is noisy from the traffic on 82nd Street. It has a good mix of food carts, but it has space for more food carts. It has several tables available so that you can eat on site. The facilities seem primitive. View all feedback.
Good variety of options, easy to find, street parking, covered/heated seating area

It was almost 5pm. About 5 carts were open for business. Thought there would of been more available. The Hawaiian- POKE' BOWL was LOVED.. The Filipino-2 LUMPIAs were big but 98% veggies w/lil bit 2% of ground pork(s/b more meat-maybe 10—15% also the bbq beef chunks on rice with salad and another item…that meat was delicious. SHAME on the vendors that were not open for service on a Monday.
Excellent selection of food carts. Don’t wait in the covered area though, the buzzers cannot all reach that far
The BEST family dinning experience! We ate at the Luton Pinoy for Adobo Chicken and Pancit, Chicken Teriyaki, BBQ Chicken and Jumbo Lumpia; Esan Thai for Thai teas, Taste of Afghan for butter chicken, rice and garlic naan, and Bobablastic for Boba drinks and crispy spring rolls. Everything was just amazing, all prepared fresh and hot and thorough service. We will make this Cart Pot stop our family’s number and one place to go for dinner the next time we come to visit Oregon. Thank you very much … – show
